"Easy-to-Use, Accessible Across Any Device"

What do you like best about Dentally?

It's easy to use, to be honest with you. Once you've found your way around it all, especially with charting, it's very different to previous software I've used, but it is very, very straightforward. It's easy to access, so should there be a problem with one of the computers in surgery, we can access it on one of our iPads or another laptop. It made things easier because I was able to access it on another device rather than just the in-surgery desktop computer. Being in rural Cornwall, sometimes there are problems with connections, and it can take a bit longer to get technological support, so to be able to access Dentally from any device was an absolute godsend. It made things so much easier. Charting on patient records is the bread and butter of the job, and as a dental nurse your job is to help the dentist with their charting. Working across three different dental practices under one umbrella company, it made it much easier to stay in contact with my colleagues in other locations, as well as sharing patient information and clinical notes securely, safely in line with GDPR. It was also a bit more cost effective and worked better in line with our X-ray equipment. The setup took a while to get used to since we all had to learn new methods of charting and recording patient notes, but once we'd figured it out it was fine, it wasn't too bad. I didn't have any problems with it at all and would happily recommend it to anybody that needed that software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dentally?
