What do you like best about Dendi LIS?

- Patient portal allows us to send results directly to the patient, which is a must-have for laboratories going forward.

- Support is very responsive and helpful. You will always hear back from them in a timely fashion, often with solution in hand.

- Very configurable. The system is well-designed, and most changes that need to be made can be done by the end user.

- Product lifecycle is quick. We can request a complex feature update and have it be turned around in a matter of weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dendi LIS?

- They avoid building anything bespoke, although that has not been a problem for us as they usually find an optimal solution anyways.

- Company is on the younger side, which means the product moves very quickly and users may potentially be confused regarding new changes and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dendi LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dendi is our solution for laboratory management, operations, and growth.

Benefits:

- Our turnaround times have drastically decreased compared to previously, as we have incorporated end-to-end automation. In addition, the ease of use makes the workflow for accessioning and resulting much easier.
