Automations - really easy and useful, Tickets - really easy and user friendly, you have the room to write, the reasons to close, and you can easily integrate features that can help you Also - good integration with Slack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Demisto?
The search, If you want to search a specific string to see some tickets with this string (For example Hash that you pasted in the normal array of the investigation), You can't, while in JIRA you can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
