"The controls LinkedIn should have built native, and the account layer B2B paid has been missing."

What do you like best about DemandSense?

I've been buying ads for a long time, and LinkedIn's native controls have always been the weak spot. Google and Meta have spoiled the industry when it comes to features and scalability, but DemandSense gives me most of what I actually care about.

The frequency capping and scheduling are both flexible which matters at different volumes and deal sizes. Audience tuning is really solid too. Managing suppression across the whole account right from the dashboard is way easier than chasing exclusions campaign by campaign in the native campaign manager.

The website visitor identification ties it together. Seeing which ICP accounts are showing up on the site, and what they’re doing when they land, turns paid engagement into something workable. An added bonus is that it's priced low enough for lean teams but packs more value than most enterprise options I've used over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandSense?

I'd love more native CRM options. It's Salesforce, HubSpot, and Attio today, but some of my clients run Pipedrive, Apollo, etc. There's a webhook, which helps, but it only pushes visitor ID data (company or contact) and I’d like to have access to more. With that said, they announced an MCP is coming soon and that's going to be a game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
