What do you like best about demandDrive?

Taylor has been an amazing PM. Even though she is approached from multiple angles by our organization, she's able to collect all the asks while not only staying on top of them, but also responding quickly. I have a lot of trust in Taylor that if there is a need, even if it is not urgent, it will still be tackled with promptness. Even if the task is not something that can be handled immediately, her response is quick and communicative about the timeline and asks. Storm has also been an amazing asset. We are able to discuss our needs and work toward a collaborative solution that allows more flexibility for our organization to maintain control over our space and design while helping us with some of the more development-heavy tasks. What do you dislike about demandDrive?

Honestly, working with DD has been fantastic! There is always a little bit of fear when working with an agency, especially one with developers, that a lot of their solutions will be more developer-centric, which starts to limit the control Marketing or Design has on the front end. This limits our ability to make immediate changes, which is hard in our very fast-paced, growing world. DD's flexibility has been outstanding. While they sometimes easily default to the hard-coded solutions they know best, they are still an amazing asset to work collaboratively with in finding a solution to continue creating more front-end, user-friendly options in our sometimes crazy timelines. DD genuinely supports our vision and stays an amazing collaborator, even when it may push them into a less unfamiliar approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is demandDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

DD has been an amazing asset in filling the gaps of roles we do not have in our organization. From my point of view, that is the SEO support for the Marketing team and the deeper development side for our web environment and interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
