What do you like best about Demand IQ Journeys?

What I love the most is the customization capabilities they have. The journeys are super easy to set up and use and the UX is super friendly. It was easy to integrate it to our website and processes and the tool itself is light on our system so performance is always on point.

We've booked several appointments and managed to sell a couple of them so the ROI is positive already. The support by Austin, Elle and the rest of the team has been nothing short of amazing and they answered all of our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demand IQ Journeys?

Honestly there's nothing I dislike, we found a couple of bugs or hiccups here and there but they were quickly managed by the support team. I might have some ideas that I'd like the tool to integrate but nothing I dislike yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Demand IQ Journeys solving and how is that benefiting you?

Homeowners are always looking for quick answer and that's what Demand IQ has solved for us. Homeowners can easily scan their roofs and get an approximate pricing. Why is this relevant for us? Because our sales reps are not walking in blind.

By the time they get to the appointment they already have the measurements of the roof and an accurate idea of how much it's going to cost so the biggest and most important question they have it's already solved by the time we get there.
