There are some areas that can't be customized as much as clients would like - individual billing overrides, only tables; some areas such as project creation screens can't be customized, bank codes can't be inactivated, some workflows are tricky to navigate without Stored Procedures. Although Deltek has the Ideas Portal to voice your opinions, there are some ideas that have been requested for years that would be significant to the daily user if they were implemented.
