We launched Vantagepoint on June 23, 2025, and the rollout went much more smoothly than we expected. The user-friendly interface feels intuitive for our users, and the dashboards provide strong visibility into their projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of the material in the Learning Hub and the help documentation is outdated. When I try to follow the steps, it often turns into guesswork because the instructions no longer match the current system.

It also feels like sharing ideas in the Idea Portal is of little use. There are many great suggestions that seem like simple fixes, but they’ve been sitting there for literal years.

On top of that, known defects in the system take a long time to be resolved.

The invoice template editor isn’t very user-friendly either, and there’s no option to edit the number of decimal places for percent complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
