I like the ease of use of Deltek Costpoint the most. It's easy to find anything I need in the timesheet module, making the process of tracking our employees' time relatively painless. If edits need to be made due to incorrect postings, it's easy to correct and have employees re-sign timesheets. We can efficiently manage timesheet management, payroll, and posting labor distributions with reduced staff. Once you learn the processes, it's an easy and efficient system to use. I don't really dislike anything about Costpoint. However, I will say that I recently completed several Costpoint certificates on the Deltek Learning Hub and didn't receive the badge or certification email upon completion. I completed the Costpoint Silver Business Intelligence Report Authoring Certification Exam, and also the Costpoint Silver Labor Management Certification exam but didn't receive the badge or certification email for completing these two exams. The automated email stated that I should receive them within a 48 hour period, but it's been greater than that timeframe and I still haven't received.
