Deltek ComputerEase is an established ERP system that combines proven reliability and long-standing experience with forward-thinking, customer-driven enhancements and ongoing development. Support has been wonderful, with multiple options such as chat, trainings, and personal assistance. They are also broadening their integration capabilities and expanding partner connections to deliver a more comprehensive solution. Many of ComputerEase’s features feel a bit dated, and the overall look and visual experience of the software seems somewhat archaic. I know they are making enhancements, but there are still quite a few areas that need to be updated. Compared with newer software, it isn’t as end-user-friendly; it’s not as intuitive to navigate, and it isn’t easy to visualize and digest the data.
