I believe Ajera could make significant improvements to the reports it offers users, or at the very least, provide more flexibility for users to customize reports according to their specific needs. In my experience, Ajera falls well short of BillQuick in terms of reporting options. While the available reports on my account are helpful for certain tasks, both my colleagues and I have frequently encountered situations where we needed a report to display particular information. However, when we attempted to use Ajera to generate these reports, we discovered that our options were quite limited and we couldn't access the reports we needed.
