I think delight.ai is super effective. I really like the great support from the team. We’re happy with the overall solution, and the team is responsive to our bespoke requirements and the use cases we need to unlock. We have a weekly rhythm with them, and the work just gets done. I’ve run into SDK stability issues quite frequently, which typically result in crashes for our customers. Initially, we also had quite a few setup problems, though we worked through them with the team one by one and things are very stable now. I think SDK stability is one area the team can do better at.
