What do you like best about Deftly?

Easy to create compelling cross-channel marketing reports that visually communicate the story we want to tell from our marketing data. Plus, the support has been top-notch - fast and effective (Thanks, Evan!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deftly?

Most of the 'negatives' are related to some of the nuances/processes of creating reporting elements. With time, I think/hope they will continue to improve the creation process. Even with these minor issues, this is still the best solution we've found for client reporting - it fits our needs perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Deftly:

If you want to share marketing reports that are actually interesting to view (and provide valuable insights), it's worth looking at Deftly. What problems is Deftly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We spent several weeks testing and demoing a variety of marketing reporting solutions for our clients, particularly the ability to show cross-channel metrics in one chart or graph. The challenge was balancing features, cost and usability. Deftly was the only one we came across that made it easy to do this. They were able to take a report we had manually created with combined spreadsheets and recreate it in their system and added in a variety of other data points that helped buoy the client reporting.
