What do you like best about Deepwatch?

I appreciate that Deepwatch is a "squad model" and fits in with our current technology offerings, including Splunk. Dedicated analysts deliver actionable and context-rich intelligence, as opposed to generic alerts. By doing this, our internal procedures have been remarkably simplified, alert noise is reduced and we're helping to fuse security into the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deepwatch?

The initial onboarding process and tuning require lots of resources. The self-service reporting portal for the less-technical stakeholders and business systems analysts would make the daily reporting experience a lot more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deepwatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

With our challenge of "alert overload" and the absence of 24/7 dedicated threat hunting efforts, Deepwatch is addressing the problem. They can automate tier-1 alerts and responses and triage the alerts, thus saving the internal resources. This can cut our Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) significantly and keep our business running without having to scale-up internal resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
