What I like most is the integrated AI, because it makes the translations sound natural, as if done by a real translator. In my case, this has a great advantage: in my work, we review many dubbings in different languages, and thanks to DeepL, we can be more confident when we have doubts about whether a phrase in a dubbing is well translated or not. Honestly, it hasn't caused me any displeasure so far, so I don't find any disadvantage. The tool I've used the most is the automatic translation, and it hasn't caused me any problems. Just as a comment, I've experienced in the iOS app that sometimes when trying to translate text from an image, the app crashes, but after that, I haven't had any issues.
