Withdrawing funds is easy and straightforward, which makes a big difference for someone like me who doesn't like extra steps done when it comes to getting my funds. I have been getting my pay through deel for 4 years now. In the first couple of year I always get paid in the morning Philippine local time after that it changed, I now get paid in deel late in the afternoon around 4pm which kind of a hassle for me. Since it's already past banking hours, I usually don't receive the money in my bank account until the next business day. If payday falls on a weekend, I have to wait until Monday.
