Having your contracts details, time and payroll tracking in the same place is very useful for people like me that usually are employed through contractor. The UI is very intuitive and gives a lot of integration options that are useful nowadays with AI, for example I connected it to my Claude AI to keep track of my payrolls and add the income to my income/expenses app.

Sometimes the loading screens are a little long but their functionality doesn't get affected.

The fees for withdrawing your money are a little bit high for me because I reside in Colombia, but it is still pretty reasonable for the value the platform gives.

The AI assistant and the general customer support is very reliable, onboarding is done in a couple of minutes and you get very good answers from the Deel AI assistant and support agents regarding the platform functions and the documents required for the onboarding.

The time tracking has changed during my contract and I didn't get any notification about it. Before, I could do the time tracking normally but all of a sudden that functionality was removed from my profile with no prior notice. Things like that could affect how users perceive the platform.
