I find Deel Payroll very simple and easy to use. After downloading, I didn't have to do much, which made the whole process hassle-free. I appreciate how easy it was to get my money, as Deel Payroll handled the conversion from US dollars to Indian rupees and directly deposited the money into my account without any extra steps on my part. The contract element is a great feature too, as it helps instill trust and includes a set of rules to follow, making the process feel more secure when dealing with companies in different countries. Setting it up was straightforward as well, akin to setting up a social media account, requiring only some personal information and documents, but nothing that would breach my privacy. I'm not sure if this counts, but they should do, like, the freelancing I was working in. They had a separate website to show the earnings, and later when we claim it, the payment would be made through Deel Payroll. So I think it should be an automated process.
