Deel doesn’t delay your pay. The thing I liked most is Deel Advance, because it offers more reasonable interest rates and approves your advance request right then and there. With Deel Pay, you don’t have to wait for “sunshine” to show before your pay lands in your preferred bank account. Once your pay hits your Deel account, you can set it to be sent automatically to your preferred bank details, so you don’t have to transfer it manually.
