I really like how easy it is to use Deel Payroll, since I can transfer funds anytime, 24/7, anywhere. Also, I've had good customer service, as they respond immediately to questions. The platform always has the correct information and is accepted by many places, making transfers as a contractor easier. Yes, I think that when you connect it takes several seconds for the information to appear, and sometimes that wait is exaggerated. It's something they could improve. It's something that I’ve even written to customer service about. So, you connect and sometimes you can be waiting 20 seconds to get the information. Also, Deel Payroll allows you to transfer from one personal account to another, but it doesn’t let you, for example, make a payment to a supplier from there. Maybe that’s something they could add, because other platforms like Payoneer or PayPal do allow you to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
