I love how easy Deel IT is to use and how user-friendly the interface feels. I don’t have to click around much to find what I need, and the security is excellent, which really matters to me. If there’s ever an issue with a transaction, they block the card quickly and resolve it within one business day. It’s also convenient and fast to send money to my country at a good price, and I don’t end up paying as much as I did with other vendors. The initial setup was straightforward as well, and the fees are much lower than what I had with Upwork, which is a big plus. Also, the AI is great to help me solve my inquiries without getting to call anyone; and the integrations with other apps are great, too. I can easily transfer money among them. I think Deel IT could improve the process of getting a new virtual card. It should be immediate instead of taking one business day for approval. Plus, there shouldn't be a $5 fee to receive a new card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
