I use Deel IT to receive payments from the company where I work as a freelancer and from foreign clients, and it greatly facilitates international transfers. In my country, transfers are usually complex and have the risk of bouncing, but Deel IT ensures that I receive my money without issues and automatically converts it to quetzales, which spares me the worry of exchange losses. I love the ability to add my local bank to the application, allowing me to send the money directly and eliminating the fear of losing money with third-party intermediaries. Definitely the waiting time to receive the money. I feel it takes too long, today is Thursday, if I create the withdrawal request I have to wait 4 days for it to arrive on Monday. I understand that waiting is necessary due to international transfers, but I hope it's something that can be improved over time. Also, in the initial setup, the facial detection when taking the photo didn't detect me and I had to do it manually, which meant I had to take the photo several times because my hand was shaking a lot.
