What do you like best about Deel Hire?

Deel Hire’s drag-and-drop contracts and AI compliance checks save me 10+ hours a month, and its QuickBooks sync helps eliminate payroll errors. The 24/7 support team even helped us avoid a $15K misclassification fine by flagging a local labor-law nuance we’d missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Hire?

Deel Hire’s mobile app doesn’t support bulk editing, so for larger updates I’m forced to switch to the desktop version. I also ran into hidden FX markups (1.5–2%) on payouts, which added about $2K per year to our costs. On top of that, the AI occasionally suggests contract terms that aren’t compliant, so I still have to manually review everything. Email support can be slow as well, sometimes taking 24+ hours to respond to non-urgent issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Deel, we were spending 15+ hours a week on manual contract work and paying about $80K a year to maintain local entities. Now we use drag-and-drop templates that save us roughly 13 hours each week, and the EOR option has reduced our entity costs by around $60K per year. The AI compliance checks have also helped us avoid fines, including a €10K issue we sidestepped in Germany.
