What do you like best about Decorum?

I like how customizable Decorum is. Based on several factors, our order flow varies from customer to customer, and Decorum gives us the flexibility to give each customer a suitable experience. The customization is as simple as on-off buttons, and we are able to do them ourselves, without any coding or other help from Decorum’s team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decorum?

I’ve had a pretty good experience with the implementation and usage of Decorum. They’ve been responsive and available as and when required. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decorum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our order process was quite complex with several product variables. This resulted in a lot of online & offline communication. We were looking to build a custom solution when we stumbled upon Decorum.
