What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Setup took minutes and the dashboard is simple to use. The ISP proxies have been stable with good speeds, which matters a lot when you are running multiple accounts that need to stay logged in. Wallet top-ups and usage tracking are straightforward, no confusing plans. Support answered quickly the one time I had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Honestly not much. Pricing is a bit higher than some budget providers, but you get what you pay for with stability. Would like a bit more detail in the bandwidth usage breakdown, it is currently pretty basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage several Instagram accounts that require consistent US-based IPs. Before using Decodo, I was dealing with frequent random disconnects and verification loops from cheaper proxies.
