What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I’ve been using Decodo’s UK residential proxies for my daily work and the performance has been really solid. Speeds are fast with low latency, IP quality is really clean with no location mismatches or unexpected drops. The dashboard UI is clean and makes setting up endpoints easy. Also the customer support is excellent, Noora helped me to sort out a particular proxy configuration issue within minutes. Overall, it’s a great bang for the buck. What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

One minor limitation is that there is no self-service button in the dashboard to refresh or swap an assigned IP address directly, which usually requires purchasing a new one. However, when I reached out regarding my setup, customer support was very accommodating and helped me change my IP for free as a courtesy. While their support team handled it generously, having an automated option directly in the portal would be much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
