Decode helps me solve the problem of scattered user feedback and limited customer insights. It makes it easier to organize responses, identify common patterns, and understand what users actually need. What I like most about Decode is how easy it makes it to organize user feedback and turn it into clear, actionable insights. The overall research process feels more structured and less time-consuming. The initial setup was quite straightforward.
