What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

While Decisions AI Note Taker is helpful for capturing meeting discussions and action items, I have noticed a few areas for improvement:

• Meeting summaries occasionally miss important context or nuances from the discussion.

• Speaker identification is not always accurate, especially when multiple participants speak in quick succession.

• Action items sometimes require manual review to ensure ownership and deadlines are correctly assigned.

• Formatting and organization of notes can be inconsistent between meetings.

• The AI may occasionally generate conclusions or interpretations that were not explicitly stated during the meeting.

• Searching and locating specific discussion points from past meetings could be more intuitive.

What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decisions AI is helping solve the challenge of capturing accurate meeting notes, action items, and key decisions without requiring participants to manually document discussions. It reduces the administrative burden associated with meetings, ensures important information is not missed, and provides a centralized record that can be referenced later.

For me, the primary benefits are improved productivity and efficiency. I can remain focused on the discussion instead of taking extensive notes, quickly review meeting summaries afterward, track action items more effectively, and share key outcomes with stakeholders. It also helps improve accountability by clearly documenting decisions, responsibilities, and next steps, which supports better follow-up and project coordination.
