I love DearDoc's text messaging feature with a generic phone number and email feature for sending reminders and pertinent information, while keeping everything HIPAA compliant. It's great for confirming messages and appointments, and it even sends courtesy emails if a phone number is wrong. The chat feature is incredibly helpful, allowing patients to request specific appointment dates and times, making callbacks seamless and reducing confusion. The setup process was very easy, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For other doctor's offices requesting callbacks, there are problems like missing a direct extension or representative name, which can result in what they call a 'lost lead'. It'd be handy to have a special tab for 'other doctor's offices' so requests are handled more easily. Also, dealing with international calls can be tricky. Either the office isn't set up for that or they're not sure how to navigate international dialing. And when it comes to scheduling, I think there should be better integration with the medical office's schedule. It would make it easier for patients to choose the best date and time according to the provider's availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
