What do you like best about DEALINTEL?

What I like most about DEALINTEL is that it approaches fix & flip investing more conservatively than most platforms. Instead of only showing optimistic numbers, it helps evaluate renovation risk, profit scenarios, and deal assumptions before making an investment decision. What do you dislike about DEALINTEL?

Because the platform is still relatively new, some advanced features and integrations are still evolving. I’d also like to see more market coverage and additional investor workflow tools over time.
