What do you like best about Dealerware?

Ease of check out on loaner vehicles. Using a tablet and being able to use a phone for check out makes it much easier than a paper or desktop solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dealerware?

The system does not have any way to take pictures of damages to vehicles before a contract is started. It allows you to manually enter in damage to the specific vehicle, however, it would be much easier to be able to take pictures and do a walk around of the vehicle integrated into the check in process. Recommendations to others considering Dealerware:

This is a great solution, however, keep in mind that you will need a good inspection process to be in place as this system does not incorporate inspections for damage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dealerware solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software has allowed us to keep track of vehicles that are not brought back with the correct amount of fuel and charge for it. It has also allowed us to track vehicles that we were not sure where they were, and to keep track of the mileage to make sure we do not go over our limit for new loaner vehicles.
