What do you like best about DealerRater?

Truly in their own lane as far as third party vendors are concerned, gives ratings on salespeople, allows us to control reviews to an extent. They make it a one stop shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerRater?

As stated in the title, it isn't entirely necessary, but I do think it's beneficial to have. It is a negative for some salespeople and a positive for others, and we enjoy the review capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DealerRater:

DealerRater is one of those things you don't know you need until you have it. It gives us a source for a one stop shop when it comes to reviews, it allows you to review and dispute them before they're live, and it keeps the sales people on their toes knowing that they personally are being reviewed by our customer base as well. Since they were acquired by Cars.com and Dealer Inspire, they continue to improve and make strides in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealerRater solving and how is that benefiting you?
