What do you like best about DealCheck?

DealCheck dramatically simplifies our real estate investment analysis process. At our firm, we use it during property vetting stages to quickly evaluate cash flow, ROI, cap rate, and long-term performance. The fact that it lets us import data directly from listings or enter it manually with immediate calculations saves our analysts a lot of time. The ability to customize projections and compare multiple properties side-by-side has made our due diligence process significantly faster and more consistent. What do you dislike about DealCheck?

The platform works well, but more integrations with local MLS providers or CRMs would be ideal for syncing listings and contacts automatically. When working with high volumes of properties, it can be time-consuming to input everything manually. The mobile version is decent but lags a bit when switching between saved deals or editing existing inputs, especially when we’re on-site or in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our team, we use DealCheck to replace old spreadsheet-based workflows for evaluating single-family and multifamily real estate opportunities. It removes the need for manual formula creation and error-prone Excel models. Instead, we can input numbers, test assumptions, and instantly understand how a deal performs under different financing or rental conditions. This has sped up our review process, reduced analyst errors, and given our junior team members a better structure for analyzing deals confidently.
