DCMobile has one feature that I like most and that is the centralized dashboard layout. All the functions from order processing to labeling can be done within a single interface so there is no back and forth between applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only problem with DCMobile is the real time carrier integration which seems not to work well. Sometimes the tracking information would not be updated for hours and I would have to deal with both me and my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
