What do you like best about DCDial?

The platform is very advanced, but my favorite aspect of DCDial is by far their customer service! The DCDial team has built custom features at our request.

What do you dislike about DCDial?

The system is very customizable, so there are a lot of settings to learn. But they do provide YouTube videos, help files, and the customer service team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DCDial solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to automate our customer outreach and payment processing. We have been able to greatly increase ur productivity using the Predictive Dialer and SMS campaigns. Additionally, our clients are now able to make payments using IVR and the DCDial online payment portal. We no longer have to use live agents to process payments!
