I have used dbForge as an IDE for Oracle PL/SQL application development. It’s easy SQL formatting, database connection management, and query auto completion help a lot during Oracle PL/SQL development, especially when working with several databases simultaneously. dbForge also provides various output formats such as CSV, Excel, or SQL, which makes it easy to share data with different teams. dbForge provides a convenient GUI to manage database objects like tables, views, procedures, and functions. For database administrators, it offers features such as session monitoring and data export/import. It is very fast compared to the Oracle SQL Developer tool. The licensing cost is higher compared to other similar products. Oracle SQL Developer works better and covers almost all the features available in dbForge, free of cost.
