**What do you like best about DB Amp?**

I love to insert, update, delete and also upsert any object on Salesforce using the Stored Procedures that DBamp offers. We use it to update campaigns and call them on Five9

**What do you dislike about DB Amp?**

Sometimes there are some bugs, and we have to wait until they release a new version. The good news is the Support team is really useful, and they offer a workaround.
That in the new version we need to change all the linked server calls to be salesforce.cdata and not salesforece...object

**What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create objects on Salesforce to update them with the data that we integrate on the SQL server. such as student progress.
We use it to update campaigns and call them on Five9

Built-in commands (good documentation)  to access real-time Salesforce data 
The bidirectional connection between SQL and Salesforce
Easy to load bulk data into Salesforce

**What do you dislike about DB Amp?**

limited integration services, primarily used for integration between SQL and Salesforce CRM

**What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used DBAamp as Salesforce Integration tool to bulk load data into Salesforce CRM as part of data migration

**What do you like best about DB Amp?**

DB amp provides a hassle free integration into SFDC straight from your SQL server. It just works, and works quickly

**What do you dislike about DB Amp?**

I cannot think of any dislikes. It just works.

**What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live connection to SFDC via SQL server. Helpful for small and big jobs.

**What do you like best about DB Amp?**

I like that DBAmp takes the majority of the complexity out of the intergration process with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about DB Amp?**

We do run into failures around connections, timeouts, or objects "not existing". Much of this is probably a Salesforce issue, but it takes time to troubleshoot.

**What problems is DB Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an integration partner for customers using SFDC and are constantly pushing/pulling data to/from Salesforce and external sources. DBAmp greatly simplifies the process for us so we can focus on business rules and not technical challenges.
