What do you like best about DaySmart Salon?

What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon?

There are a few flaws in the online booking - I end up with alot of duplicate clients. But otherwise it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DaySmart Salon:

I have tried other softwares. This one is by far the best and I have used it for 16 years! I can't imagine running my business without it. I also have chair renters that have their own daysmart software on their computer and they love it to. The reports you get are very informative, its easy to record formulas and look up previous history of services, products purchased and amount charged. So much information in this software that I would be lost without it! The other software I tried only caused me headaches and frustration. I feel like this software has thought of everything and just makes my life so much easier! Customer service is great as well. Very helpful and easy to contact. What problems is DaySmart Salon solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the automatic reminders that go out. It's also very easy to create a mass email or text.The online booking is very convenient for our clients and saves us alot if phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
