What do you like best about Daylite?

I like that Daylite allows me to link email conversations with customers directly to their respective projects, which keeps everything organized in one place. The capability to use it across platforms is also something I appreciate. Additionally, it's easy to reorder and regroup our client base information using filters, which I can create and save, and set up follow-up tasks. The calendar feature is very effective for us, as it helps to manage various appointments and tasks efficiently, including associating appointments with individual coworkers. What do you dislike about Daylite?

There have been times when the email link feature didn't work, linking different projects to different people and creating a mess. I'm not sure exactly why that happened, but I believe it was some sort of bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Daylite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Daylite to centralize all project information from start to finish, organize it efficiently, and link relevant emails for clarity, which enhances understanding of project challenges.
