The most helpful features of Daxko Operations have been its easy-to-navigate system and its reliable performance during busy times. We use Daxko daily at our facility to keep track of various programs and the fee-based classes or offers we create throughout the year. It’s also simple to add new programs, and the platform makes it easy to keep everything organized, neat, and accessible. We have integrated both daxko operations and Daxko engage in our daily use to help keep tabs on members and note more of what they're looking for in our facility. At this time, the only thing I dislike about Daxko is that we aren’t able to adjust our 30-minute lane reservations for the pool area. The system automatically books members for a full hour in a lane that’s only meant to be reserved for a 30-minute swim. Members have also described the lane-reservation process on their end as difficult and time-consuming, so it would be great to refine and simplify that experience in any way possible. We have reached out to support for assistance and they are very friendly, it just didn't seem like they were able to adjust that small issue on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
