What do you like best about Daxko Operations?

I like the ease of checking in members and looking them up. Being able to search by any parameter, whether it's name, phone number, or date of birth, and having a filter for whether they're active or expired makes it pretty quick to narrow down who's who. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?

I find it challenging when programs are specific to branches and they get lost between them. I think having more standardized processes for signing up members would be helpful. It would be good if registration options were clearer and more relevant to members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daxko Operations helps me understand billing issues with members and ease the process of signing them up for programs. The ability to check in members and look them up quickly by various parameters improves our efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
