I like the ease of checking in members and looking them up. Being able to search by any parameter, whether it's name, phone number, or date of birth, and having a filter for whether they're active or expired makes it pretty quick to narrow down who's who. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it challenging when programs are specific to branches and they get lost between them. I think having more standardized processes for signing up members would be helpful.
