What do you like best about Datto RMM?

I love how it streamlines the management of multiple environments; it really works like a central control center for effective oversight. I also appreciate how many tasks we can handle with it and its ability to manage complex environments—it’s a reliable RMM tool. Overall, it’s a powerful monitoring and management platform. What do you dislike about Datto RMM?

The user interface feels somewhat outdated, and the overall responsiveness could be improved. At times, support is slow to escalate issues, and the system still needs further refinement before it feels truly ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datto RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me stay proactive by identifying issues early, which supports a more proactive overall approach. The automation in a more unified ecosystem, together with patch management, makes support simpler and more consistent.
