I like the wide range of areas that Datto RMM covers and everything that can be done almost without limit, although it depends on your ability to handle the tool and the approach you have. In the section on patches, it is particularly deficient because there are new patches every day, and it becomes complicated because I know there is an automation to update, but this same automation halts operations if it is executed, since not all the companies we manage have a fixed time for updates and patches.
