DATS is very customizable, we didn't need to change what we did, we were able to make it better. We replaced the paper and spreadsheets which is beginning to relieve some of the administration data entry. We were well trained to be able to use the features of the system to continue to refine it to meet our needs. Support has been excellent, with fast responses when we need assistance.
