What do you like best about DataVisor?

I love the control that DataVisor gives us, allowing us to build and tune rules ourselves and customize the scoring logic from end to end. It’s fantastic how we can easily add new fields or data sources and A/B test our strategies in minutes. Their machine learning models are top-notch, helping us detect fraud rings and crime networks while identifying very nuanced attack patterns. I appreciate DataVisor’s ability to handle high volume traffic with strict latency, unlike many other vendors who only claim to do so. Despite its advanced features, the platform is not hard to learn with a dedicated effort; our analysts love the UI and its explainability, while the technical team is fond of the APIs, configurability, and data freedom. Lastly, the partnership and responsiveness from the DataVisor team are commendable. They listen to us, improve based on our feedback, and proactively engage with best practices and suggestions. What do you dislike about DataVisor?

The high customizability of case management was initially surprising and required some time to set up a unique view. The product documentation is good but can be improved with more examples and edge cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DataVisor enhances our fraud detection with its powerful decision engine, top-notch machine learning models, and AI innovation. It offers flexible customization and support as we scale and ensures real-time performance. Since using Datavisor, we have seen improvements across the board: lower false positives and fraud losses, better customer experience (reduced customer tickets and calls), and higher productivity gains through automation and AI.
