What do you like best about Datasite Diligence?

The UI is easy to use for viewing and managing permissions and roles, so I always know exactly which documents each group or buyer can access. The pricing is also competitive, which makes it easier to convince a client to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?

Integration: the integrations with Rogo is not as straightforward to use for me. Performance: sometimes the Compare PDF tool is glitchy and takes >10 minutes to run a comparison for simple PDFs AI solutions (BlueFlame) are too expensive for LMM / MM clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datasite Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

A reliable solution for VDR that is price-competitive for the core functionalities. Datasite VDR centralizes documents, controls access, manages Q&A and tracks engagement. For me, that means less data-room admin, tighter control of confidential information, easier coordination of lender questions and clearer visibility into diligence progress, freeing up more time for me to do credit analysis and execution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
