Honestly the platform is pretty easy to use and you dont need much training or anything. Uploading docs is fast and it keeps everything organized. The Q&A feature saves a lot of time instead of going back and forth on emails. Permissions are solid too you can control who sees what which matters when you are working on sensitive deals. There is nothing major to complain about. Sometimes the search can be a bit slow when there are too many files but that is about it. Other than that the platform works well and gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
