"Organized, Secure Due Diligence with Strong Performance and Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Datasite Diligence?

What I like most about Data site Diligence is its focus on making complex due-diligence processes more organized and secure. The platform brings documents, permissions, and transaction-related workflows into one place, which can make it easier for multiple stakeholders to collaborate while maintaining control over sensitive information. I also like the emphasis on intuitive document management and efficient access to information, which are particularly important when dealing with large volumes of files during a transaction. What stands out to me about Data site Diligence is the combination of strong performance, integrations, and the overall value it can provide for transaction teams. The platform is designed to handle large volumes of sensitive documents efficiently, while its integrations can help connect the data room with existing workflows and tools rather than requiring teams to work in isolation. I also see the pricing as reasonable for organizations that place a high value on secure document management, controlled access, and efficient due-diligence processes. The combination of performance, connectivity, and functionality makes it a compelling option for complex transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?

One area that could be improved is the balance between customer support and the growing use of AI-driven features. While having responsive support is important for time-sensitive due-diligence processes, it would be useful to have more immediate self-service assistance for routine questions and troubleshooting. AI capabilities could also be expanded further to help with document discovery, summarization, categorization, and identifying relevant information across large data rooms. At the same time, these features need to remain accurate and transparent, particularly when dealing with confidential transaction information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
