I appreciate how Datasite Diligence organizes all the documents into a readable structure by theme with AI embedded, making it easier to determine whether a file is useful or to transform it into Excel. I also like that everything is easy to trace; even if I download a file, I can quickly refer to a specific file path and identify the document. The documents each having a file path helps me refer to a specific file location, making it identifiable by all parties when analyzing a downloaded document from Datasite. The prepare download feature could be improved, as I sometimes encounter the 'file path is too long' issue when extracting the zip folder it creates. It would help if there was a limit on how deep a file can be stored, as it makes downloading harder. Also, it's not clear when permissions are not available for downloading a specific file, so providing a clear indication would allow us to quickly raise hands and request proper access.
