What do you like best about Datamolino?

Datamolino helps create accounts, capture data from invoices, and manage expenses. It supports multiple currencies, making it very useful for international projects and clients. It's easy to use and reliable. It's inexpensive and very easy to set up. You can get started immediately after signing up. You can also integrate your Xero HQ account and import your client's data. You can extract the data from the invoice and save it directly in your account. Phone call support is also provided in case of any issues using Datamolino. What do you dislike about Datamolino?

We communicate with clients on a daily basis, so they should have provided some contact database feature to store contact information. The generated invoices cannot be customized. Mobile payment is not available, making it difficult for our clients to pay online. Project Billing is missing, so we have to use another software for it. There is no specific desktop software available for Mac or Windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datamolino solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Datamolino, we were using QuickBook, then we shifted to Datamolino around a year ago. The bookkeeping for a large number of clients has become easy with Datamolino. There is no need for manual entry of invoices, with the OCR feature we can import data from the invoice by scanning it. It saves a lot of time. The OCR is very accurate. We have integrated the Datamolino API with our central system to automate invoice scanning and bookkeeping tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
